Refund policy

Most items from our shop are custom orders, made just for you at the time your order is placed.  Because of this we must limit refunds to items that our mistakes or product goofs! If we mess up, or the product quality is not what you expected, we will always make it right! If you place an order and realize you've ordered the wrong size or color, please contact us within 24 hrs. After 24 hrs no refunds will be given.
